If you are having issues with the 23129 build, please take a look at your cabs because I just installed a new cab from Microsoft Marketplace and the ROM w/ haywire and I mean hanging left and right, sense freezing within 20 mins of a SR... Uninstalled the cab & its back to flawless and quick ROM that I was used to. I made it a habit to play with the ROM a while before doing anything to it so if something happens to the ROM I will know it was something I did or installed

OAN: All this talk about overclocking has me curious, I found all the right threads and now Im reading up on it and trying to make sense of it because it is starting to get confusing.. Some of these threads are VERY unorganized

All those are included in the roms. No need to add them manually.

12mb = 75 MB free out of 187 (drop of 6)
16mb = 73-72 MB free out of 183 (drop of 2-3)

Pulled out usb & plugged in power, pulled out SD left out for all tests, let it boot up & then rebooted, activated Arkswitch by tapping top middle before sense loaded & watched it drop & stabilize (often would drop another 1 or 2 after about 5 min)

Took me 1.5 hours of straight flashing! :>))

(he he.. chuckle) FYI Dave, been on 16 all day, not happy, just logging into ppcgeeks & tooling around causing problems. I'm trying 8 next, then maybe back to 23128..
** edit ** just went to reburn & set pp to 8, it was at zero still must not have hit the "Change To" button & saved it.. Will reburn @ 16 lol

I agree; I actually had 2mb free at one point. I'm following suit with the 16mb PP. Also, OC'd at 748 and loving it. Speed's great and battery life's pretty sweet - 71% after over 9 hours with only about 5 minutes of USB connection for syncing. Amazing.

what OC method are you using? can you provide link and specify any details that might not be clear?

also are you using the OC method that only works while on AC or different one that works on regualr batt power. Thank in advance!

After first flashing task 29, I flashed the 8/13/10 23129 Sense 2.5 Cookie ROM, I only had 7mb of storage space left on my phone. Before the flash I had roughly 60. I've gone through all of the files and programs that use this storage space and cleared everything of little or no value out and it hasn't helped. Anyone have any ideas?

Currently running the August 13 23xxx cookie rom. Still having occasional trouble with cookie not coming back up after waking the phone up. Tried setting pagepool to 0, things got dramatically worse with cookie and other running programs. Reflashed with pagepool at 12. Problems improved, running more the way one would expect. Noticed that when I set logon with no password problems with cookie virtually disappear. Tried setting a simple password logon with a 15 minute shutdown, still have almost no problem. Set shutdown at an hour and cookie stalls almost everytime. I also noticed that about 90% of the time when I set a password to wake the phone up, it wants me to okay the password change twice. The other 10% of the time it only wants it ok'd once, but it is very slow about it.

That's weird because I changed my pp to 16 before flashing it <23129> and it runs pretty damn good and no sticking/lagging, I have used the phone and done some texting and messed around with the phone, haven't surfed the net on it though but overall I'm very happy with the responsiveness at 16, another great rom from NRG, keep it up bro!
