Bro these roms are updated so frequently that you won't keep that rom on there for very long anyways, but if you go to the first page and click the download page for the rom you are wanting to run it will bring up the hotfile page and next to the name of the rom it will show you the date of the rom upload.

no this is an English only ROM, sounds like you need to learn how to cook a ROM if you're in need of a Spanish only ROM.

I've searched the thread and hope this question is not too naive. How do I get phone information once I have energy rom running? What is the equivalent to ##782#?

I'm trying to figure out if this phone is refurbished, and if so, when and I'd like to know the access code if that's possible.

Is there a cab that will either display the same codes or re-enable the keypad codes that come with Sprint?

You can either replace your shellres.192.dll with mine that has the dusk blue toolbar, or you can edit your own shellres.192.dll using reshacker, replacing the first bitmaps with the ones in this zip file.

Note, I've had to rename that file in my windows directory before I could either delete or copy a different version over it.

Man, love your work...all of it... your are the best cook out there...i have tried a few ones... but i keep on coming back to you.


The reason why I keep on trying other ROMs is that i am in the 0.01% of TP2 owners that also own a crappy Bluetooth car stereo that is giving me issues with this Phone. In my case a JVC KD-BT11.

Never had any issues with my TP nor any other phone (Samsung Moment, iphone, etc...)nor do i have any issues with this TP2 and the JVC KD-BT1...it works fine with this BT1---but not with BT-11.


So forget it...stop trying...sooner or later will go to the EVO...but until then...keep on using NRG's ROMs..(GTX 23XXX July 04) ..IT is the Best ROM out there!!!

Sorry, can't figure out how to quote my post AND your post.... I did provision the phone to sprint. I downloaded Mr. X's profile and prl and ran the profile update (even called sprint and they reset it from their end as well) Has nothing to do with my signal or area. Network IS on CDMA. Sorry...wish those were helping....anything else? This is really annoying! Do you think it might have something to do with making a call during a network connection which interrupts it and no longer allows it to reconnect for some reason? Maybe has to do with the bluetooth? Please help!

is anyone having problems with their sms notification? even when i have a new text message there isnt a notification. I have S2U2 installed and their is no notification that shows on their either. any suggestion?
