+1 on battery drain. Hopefully the chef can duplicate this issue on his brand new Sprint TP2, and be able to come up with some solutions. I can literally just watch my home screen as the battery percentage goes down one by one without running any programs. And before somebody says that I have a defective phone, that can't be the case because this is the only rom that it happens on.


Does anybody have a native CDMA dialer / phone canvas available as a cab file? thank you.

Using Energy.RHODCDMA.23542.Sense2.5_with_Cookie_HomeTab .Mar.05.7z, Opera 10b3 keeps closing on me after a few seconds of browsing (installed to microSD card). I even did a hard reset and it still happens, any ideas?

Same here, just flashed 3/5 and it's a no go with no change at all to what we've normally been doing to get MMS to work in manila (the ?X-VZW-MDN=*number*). I'm thinking this is an issue with big red. On Wednesday 3/3 they had data outages on the east coast and it kind of spread from there, effecting blackberry connect, data connections, and MMS. They claim to have gotten it fixed, but that seems to be right around when everyone started reporting problems again here.
The other thing it might be (which is also on Verizon's end) would be this. I read an article the other day stating Verizon was planning on putting out an update for the TP2 that has manila 2.5 in it, maybe they've had to change something to get it working the method they want and it breaks our fix. That I think is the less likely problem.
Either way, considering we've changed nothing in the way we do things (hell, yesterday I could send MMS, today I couldn't, same ROM and everything), it must be due to Verizon changing something up.
Anyone have any other phones to test MMS via Verizon network on? My TP1 is several states away.
I'll keep screwing around to try and get it working though.

I just deleted my post... Heres what I found....

1) hard reset, installed Valkyrie fix which changes from wm messaging to HTC messaging... did settings as usual.. can send no recieve

2) I uninstalled Valkyrie, soft reset. then after boot just happened to get pic mail. and I could open it, but it is Wm messaging with arcsoft. so it appears MMS worked out box. but I automaticly started doing fixes.. which messed everything up.

only thing is I want HTC messaging. I'm going to go try something BRB...

Edit: my wife has regular phone on verizon her mms is fine...

I tried installing NRG 2012 htc messaging client, and I can receive and veiw as long as its not through htc messaging.. ie i get pop up display "you have new MMS" i click veiw, and it displays using arcsoft

Excellent work NRG! I'm really liking the subtle changes in Mar 5 vs Feb 26. Tighter menus, cool new backgrounds. Haven't noticed much speed difference yet, but I thought the Feb 26 build was the quickest, most efficient build to date, so I hope it continued into this one. Keep it up!

Yeah, I can confirm this is working too. Sucks that I've just gotten used to the manila messaging though. I'll fart around with it some more once I give my phone a chance to fully charge. At least this is a bandage.

How do you guys fix the music tab, where the music plays for only 11 secs and then it stops....I had fixed it before but just play around with the music, playing then pausing but is soo annoying.

Didn't find a fix, what I ended up doing was deleting all the info off my storage card (PITA since I lose my passwords :/) and that fixed it.

I'm really loving the 3/5 6.5 ROM with CHT. Sense seems much faster, the new CHT is fantastic, I like the smaller finger menus, and MMS works great with Sprint after installing the MMS Fix (M2.1) (Sprint).cab fix.
