Not much different to me from the Feb 24 release except I get only 40MB free memory vs 60MB. Also the battery life on the Feb 26 release seems to be a lot less.

Is there any way to increase the download size of your pic mail? I have Sprint & when I try to DL the pic, it tell me that it can't DL b/c or the restriction I set?

Hey does anybody know where I can find that flashlight that energy has in the pics on the 3rd post. I have flashlight already but the icon is dumb looking.

After I flash and install cabs my battery goes down too. If I text alot it REALLY goes down fast. I let it get to 2% and then recharge; I do that twice and it drains more consistently.

That's as simple as modifying the icon which can be done with CSMI (Change Start Menu Icons) which is a freeware app or you can use Japper88's modified SpoonTorch HERE..not quite the same but better than the standard icon.

Yeah, i found the same thing with build 23541 _2/26, battery is weeeaak!!!! I also loaded some CABs to address the battery drain issue and I think all that did is added fuel to the fire. Speaking of fire, i've noticed that during any kind of extended use the phone would get hot like it does with the 21xxx ROMs. 23540 would never get hot, a very slight temperture change durnig an hour long internet session, nothing like it does now. I gonna try removing all my custom CABs except for some must haves, white flip clock, no curtains, Smart Lock, KB fix, clean RAM, Keepmytones,Cookiemonster editor and provisioning CABs. if this doesnt stop the bleeding, then im going back 23540_2/22.

Thanx a mil!! Yea I tried spoon torch but it just wasn't for me. I'll try CSMI. This is great because there's a few other icons I'm not too happy with!!! Thanx again....

I currently use XML, CAB and file copy functions of Sashimi but have had been stung by .reg settings that didn't work with these ROMs (probably WinMo 6.5 vs.. 6.1 issues...)

Not sure if anyone answered this. I didn't see one. The attached does Time Zone to Eastern, Facebook and Twitter for Sense, auto download of these, weather animation on.

Personal preference.....I flash both ways...really not much different IMHO...the nice thing about SD flashing is you can do it on the run....have an issue with a rom that your running....you can just flash to a stable rom that you have on the card...

More than likely the people that are having massive battery drain is it is related to the BT or not power cycling the battery...you always on any rom need to cycle it 2 or 3 times to get best performance ......if you believe you are having the BT issue then use the cab...thats it....ALL YOU NEED IS THE DLL CAB ATTACHED TO FIX IT (THX GOES TO MRMEDIA GUY).....you can also read the whole low down in Mighty's 2.1 thread....this is where it was discovered and that is where the fix came from........Nue battery is an option for rapid charging....has nothing to do with the battery drain issues......no need for the confusion....

Cab attached....

The other cab Flyers will work if HTC 2.5 client is disabled....for Sprint....it has been tweaked for threaded, max recipients 80 and max slides 20...
