Interesting. After reading through the linked thread, I realized that I actually moved the .txt file over to my \Windows directory on my phone... the next reset I did was when I encountered the mysterious phone not accepting my password problem which led to me having to do a hard reset. Sounds like several people posted similar issues on the above linked thread.

Still, the ActiveSync policies not properly being applied correctly to the Feb 22 ROM is still a mystery.

he is prob using a 23540/533 sys/xip mix. there is no difference other than a number if that makes you feel better.

NRG did you know that feb 16 build 23529 is time bombed, "pocket" set my date to may 22 2010 and BOOM!

That happened to me before as well. What I ended u doing was calling VZW and having them fix it for me on their end!
