Mine is the after dialer switch. See if the .rar you downloaded said R2. If so, you got the after dialer switch one.

EDIT: I have the 23540 w/ cookie R2.

LOL I didnt get the r2, i let my download do its thing & walked away. completly missed the dialer till i came back later. but the dialer is working great and sound is excellent.. Just seems to be a greyed out insert item for sending pics. send receive text just fine. Youtube is loading faster then it ever has for me. Sense is lightning speed. internet loads faster too...

using Energy.RHOD500.23540.Sense2.5.22.Feb.2010%20R2 and aimated weather cant get it to work beyond that so far so good. RIGHT after I installed the new rom somene sent me a picture mail and I received it on sprint.. I was shocked lol

Running the 23540 and it is sexy! Super quick and working well so far.

I haven't used the enable HTC messaging yet though. How is the performance when using it? i.e. lag time when loading a message

You could always recieve a picture. It was sending that was never working.

I'm not getting animated wallpaper either now that you mention it. Got the moon on the home screen, but no animation. Sometimes it takes awhile to kick in. I'll keep ya appraised of any changes.

Changed my wallpaper, changed it back, it works now. Try that.

Assuming that this has my 16 links and B4all cooked in,
as NRGz told me it would.

*NOTE:
~ To get the weather animations back after selecting an Animated wallpaper:
~ Just select Animated wallpaper again and select the picture of the Lightning storm.
~ You will then have your weather animations back and can set wallpaper for all tabs as usual again!

If this is not the case, please tell me, so I can put up a fix. Thanks!
Should work the same as it does in my cab though.
