ram usage can be compared to one of mightys roms low 60's, this rom is very snappy and i Have noy had to reset once, It does have sprint programs that are useless to us vzw users, well I shouldnt say useless hell im using sprint nav atm lol

Ram management and battery life are the only two things that need to be improved on this rom.

I'd say battery life is approximately cut in half compared to Juicy's rom.

My ram is idle at around 70% and sometimes if the phone has been on for a while it can be idle at as high as around 84% - when checking the dotfred task manager, sometimes I see programs running that I closed which don't show up in the manilla task manager, just taking up ram.

The only freezing problems I've had with this where I was forced to soft reset involved the new HTC messaging app which I have since disabled with the Zenyee cab and I have no more freezing. Everything else works better than any 2.5 rom out there

hmm that doesn't sound so great then... people in juicy's thread made it sound so much more appealing... IMO, battery life and RAM management are the most important things when it comes to custom ROMs... they all have the core goodies like manila 2.5 and whatnot, so the two mentioned categories are the deal makers or breakers to me. guess i will be sticking with juicy for a while. Half the battery life? ouch. thanks for the quick rundown btw.

When I click on "New", the fill in the blanks appeared and I was able to fill in port, http, connect to sprint, etc. Then I save it. Then I set it to default.

I am not sure if this helps, but when I installed Deck's ROM, I first did a hard reset to clear all settings and programs. Then I installed Deck's Rom. Once I installed Deck's ROM, I did the tweak to fix the Sprint's receiving issues that Deck mentioned in POST#3. Then, I followed "inponce's" directions.

Everything went smoothly without any problems.
it might be selfed cabbed... like in my case, pegasus was nice enough to modify my arcsoft cab for me, so the address is automatically http://mms.sprintpcs.com.... and all other settings including size limits are pre set to 10mb (i like them at 10mb, personal preference)

so maybe where he got it from someone already set it to sprint

EDIT:
FYI: FOR SOME REASON I FOUND THAT INSTALLING THE "DISABLE HTC MSG" MESSES WITH THE ARCSOFT FOR SOME REASON,,, I REFLASHED AND RE INSTALLED EVERYTHING BUT THE DISABLE HTC MSG AND EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECT, IJUST NEED TO GO THROUGH EMAIL>SMS/MMS>ETC TO SEND AND RECIEVE... NO BIGGY!!! SIMPLY FYI FOR ANYONE TESTING ON SPRINT!

I've NEVER seen ROM's vary that much in battery life...something's not right if you're getting those kind of results as deck indicated above.
