Try http://myphone.microsoft.com/install from your phone (use IE, not Opera). It will take you right to the page with the download link. I just tested it a minute ago.

1) Grooveshark doesn't work. Will search, request key and not go further. There was a post earlier with a cab and .dll and when install those it works perfect
2) WM 6.5 dialer breaks manila links so your favorites and contacts will not work. i can only dial from the WM 6.5 contacts or by voice command.
3) Sense settings tab + Data Services + ActiveSync button is still broke. link will not do anything
4) Face down speaker phone doesn't work and the tab for advance from phone is missing which allows you to ignore with txt and enable speakerphone by placing on screen which I think has to do with the missing HTC dialer.
5) No HTC volume control. The volume works but kinda stinks compared to the HTC version.
6) FIM (facebook IM) will not sign in. Keeps getting connection failed error

Aside from that everything is working well and I will update this post if I find more stuff. I need to find a cab for Microsoft My Phone because it's not coming up in the marketplace (page doesn't load)
Disagree on vol. control.. this one has much more utility than the htc.. which is just a universal control

Thanks for the feedback guys. I am making some adjustments today. Also, if anyone has links to good working (as some you have to manually enter settings for data, don't want the ones that you have to manually program data) provisioning cabs. I would appreciate that as it will save me some time. Any and all carriers, Sprint, VZ, USCC, Telus, etc... Thanks in advance. I would rather be tweaking things based off your comments than searching I think i got an HTC dialer working better without some of the glitches as well.

I agree. I do not see what the buzz is with HTC's volume control.

Ok Dibbson, been running this all day here is my feedback:

Like the new updater. Like the fact that on the last rom I linked all of my contacts to facebook but had to set each one up individually, now i did it once and all of my contacts are synced, yay! Well except for #3 below.

Issues:

1. Incoming ringer now works. However I had to go to manilla settings and change it to be a Single Volume, otherwise the icon in the taskbar will not coordinate (ex. ringer is on but system volume is off, taskbar shows sound is off)

2. Bluetooth now works. However I don't get a bluetooth icon in the taskbar. No way to know its on unless I go to comm manager.

3. The contact tab in manilla is now useless with the standard wm dialer, push on them and they do nothing.

I feel like with manilla you got to leave in all of the htc stuff dialer, volume, etc or stuff doesn't get coordinated.

I don't want to use JMZ Prov as it is limited to SPCS, VZ, and Telus only, and i'm sure the USCC people wouldn't like being left out. I have a very nice way of doing this. Basically when the phone boots the first time, this will find all cab files referenced in the config.txt as well as those found in \Windows, \Storage Card\Boot, and \Storage Card. It will then give you a checklist so you can choose to install or skip each cab. After you click install it will rewrite the config.txt, delete it's own startup link (if you use it), run autorun.exe (which it extracts from itself), and soft-reset your device (if you choose to reset from the menu). I will include all carrier prov cabs, and all carrier arcsoft mms cabs. Sound Good? Yes, well, i'm almost done making some changes, when i finish this, all i need are the newest best working provisioning cabs.

Dibbs,

I have tested your ROMS now for a couple days now and I really like them. The last ROM (21889 with 2.5 sense) has some issues with sense 2.5, favorite icons on the contacts page are not working through sense UI program. On the home page the icon work for programs but not contacts.

Also, I did test the titanium version of your ROMs. In my opinion you should start including a contacts widget (like Atconacts) and a weather widget. I feel everyone wants a shortcut to contacts and weather information. Again this is just my opinion and just some helpful advice.

Thanks again for the great ROMS.....Tannerj

Thanks, and keep posting. I seriously have and do read every single post in this thread. And i take notes of things all of you say. And hopefully that is and will be evident in the ROMs. Once again, i need provisioning cabs from all carriers, anyone that wants to run my rom and wants the prov cab included for easy install on boot. please post and confirm it works 100% or if there are issues. I will look for these when i finish messing with stuff in the kitchen, just trying to save myself some time. And thanks again to everyone who has helped, tested, posted, donated, wished me well and a speedy recovery the last few days, and everything inbetween

Dibbs,

Love the provisioning process you explained. Let's go with that?
