What is the new Facebook engine supposed to do? There still is no Update Sub-tab in the people tab and when I add it using a cab I found ealier I can't login to FB for updates I automatically get a "Connection failed" error. TIA.

Custom_RUU.exe wouldnt do anything, so i copied your nbh to another ruu folder and flashing it now that way

that happens every time u text......its not just something specific to a rom.....every time u text it gets sent threw 1x...

same here. every time i make a call it goes to 1x, but when i use the internet it stays at ev most of the time

That happens regardless. The reason for it is this: SMS and MMS use true voice channels instead of data. EV-DO means "Evolution Data Only" or some say "Evolution Data Optimized". Either way, EV-DO only supports data. No voice, no SMS, and no MMS.

You'll notice the same thing when you're in a voice call, unless you have Rev. A EV-DO in your area, which I BELIEVE is theoretically capable of handling a data call AND voice call simultaneously.
