I tried using SPB screenshot to take a screenie of the "Manner Mode" dialog box but it will not capture. Apparently the dialog box hods everything else at bay until you hit the "dismiss" button on the lower task bar.

I haven't had any lockups today and I am pretty sure that was related to static electricity.

SMS (via Sense 2.5) seems to be working ok for me today as I have not gotten any "message could not be delivered" messages today; however, today was a light texting day for me. I also found that I can just as easilly use Phonex's SMS program as a backup.

Battery life has been pretty respectable with this ROM (without Lumos or MAXX Battery - yet) although it seems to be getting warmer than usual. I did switch radios from the sprint to the verizon though.

I may just take a picture with my digicam and post it that way.

Cool,i really like the htc messaging,it also seems like the ringer issue has been taken care of,that was the main reason i had to switch roms,but as long as thats taken care of i can flash one of the new ones,im leaning toward the 28005 ver.2.5. that version is the one with the buttons on bottom as opposed to the 21877 ver.2.5 which has the start up top like normal,if im not mistaken,i could be wrong.

1. Can't send picture mail from within HTC messaging

2. Contacts aren't linked from HTC Contacts and the MinMo Contacts so for example facebook photos don't sync from HTC and activesync.

3. On my TP the data and/or icon is always showing its in use.

i dont know if this helps, as i didnt see it mentioned yet, but i can get it to toggle manner mode every time by holding the volume down button. and then time you hold down for a sec it toggles manner mode on and off, but not sure what it is though still. i am using 28005 m2.5 and also dont the the vibrate keys either. working fine. finally got mms viewing though using wm msg. redid a few things with everything disabled (sense) and now its sending at least and viewing with wm, so i am stoked to be able to finally keep 28005m2.5 on my phone daily now to further help testing.

seems like the biggest problems i have seen so far though, is mms not working within sense, even with RSAS cabs install, and the album/music tabs the top/bottom bars dont dissapear, unlike 218xx builds they do.

Just confirming that I have this same problem. I am a Verizon user, flashed from both Stock and EmpiROM, tried removing the battery for 30 seconds, flashed from MicroSD card and from Mobile Device Center, all with no luck. Tried both 2.1 or 2.5 21877 11-27-09 builds.

Let me know if I missed the fix for this somewhere.

I had the same problem when I first flashed where it showed that manner mode, my phone could not place calls or receive them. I simply reflashed and it was fine...

NRG, I am on the 21877 m2.5 Nov. 27th ROM...Everything is perfect!!..Besides the usual lil B.S. But, there is one issue with the rom that went back to the 21876 rom...It has been addressed in the forum twice now and I'm making it the third. But, it would seem as if tv-out does not work at all!! It did in builds before the Nov. 24th 21876, m2.5 rom. Any ideas? The program pops up just fine on the device but, never goes through to the tv. I almost threw my cable out before I checked it one last time on stock before flashing to the 21877 rom again and it worked!! So, definitely something up in the rom....And as always keep up the great work man...your roms are the shyt!!
