Did I miss something?Any word on a fix for the album crashing? It seems to work untill you install the MMS stuff picture removal cab and arc soft Ive hard reset twice and both times I get ALBUM crash after installing MMS fixes..Im about to do it a 3rd time

MMS

For me it works Out Da Box, just not from Sense. My Album is crashing so I cant send from Sense anyway.
Fresh off flash, nothing installed I sent from Pics and Videos and when I recieved a Pic, I viewed it from MS Messaging. I sent to my gmail account and a bud's phone and it was lightning quick! I recieved from Sprint Picturemail website and it was super fast too.
I like HTC Messaging for SMS so I'm leaving it installed.
With some quick links in my Fav program tab I think this is good for me, not a heavy MMS user.
I tried the old MMS set up (like num5kull posted earlier) and it works too. with/without HTC Messaging disabled might be a bit fewer steps especially if your Album is working.

I dont think its the MMS stuff. Mine crashes fresh off flash. If yours works initially, try it a few times to see how stable it is.

Yep,went into it a couple times and it crashed on me..Any access to the last HTC Album?

EDIT:It plays videos fine with out crashing!!! Just not pictures

Yeah I dont THINK it's the album, I was on another 28002 build with the native kernel and the album was fine. I ASSUME it was the same Album.
On the last Energy 28002 the Album did the same thing for me except it only crasehed once, second tap worked fine.

A little work around-try entering the Album through the camera. Working for me so far.

Edit: Well that was fast Crashing now through camera too.

ok i asked if anyone could cab up these files earlier an d never got a response so i tried it myself,this is my first .cab file,but i have played with it for over a hr by adding and deleting and soft resets and ect. so it works great so far,if anybody tries it please tell me the results

happy to help point you in the right direction, but you should scroll to the top of the page where u poster and slap a good ol' THANKS to rootlinux,he's the man who provided the .cab for ppl who don't like messing with reg. edits

start/settings/personal/buttons, go to one of the two tabs which has no label, clear the check box "vibrate the device" under "when a virtual button is pressed:" (which bottom of is cut off)

Thanks for that..Cant change my home screen wallpaper through it though...my head hurts..This is really my only issue with this..Everything else works like a champ..Even MMS out of the box works.

dwizzy'sBG4All will do the trick. num5kull posted the link earlier, it's also in the threads attached files linked in my sig. Install the cab and then use Settings tab to pick your wallpaper. Use the Weather wallpaper setting-it works
Due to the bottom start bar in 28xxx the blue swoosh is obscured but the program works.
Turn off Sense first. Sense is more fragile to mods than TouchFLo so it'll never hurt IMO to turn it off before any tweaks.

well sence Im not equiped enough to figure out this album thing..Any ideas on the notification bubbles looking like they double up on each other when reciving text and sliding to the messeage center in sence? And whats the GSM label next to all of my new texts?

Im half asleep here trying to proof read my jumbled words lol..I never get days off,i refuse to sleep

i wondered about the bubbles too,the sms patch gets rid of my gsm label by txt i grabbed from files in winmo. sig. i used it for the "sim card error" i get after installing Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging 1.2.CAB.......dunno why but it clears it up for me
