ok so I have tried the manila 2.5 28004 rom, the texting works great but it vibrates everytime I press a key. Does anyone know how to fix this?? Thanks in advance...

I've been using an old program that has saved my text messages called WM6_threaded.cab. I've been saving my text messages for ages by copying a file called PalmMSGV001 from the windows folder and pasting it back after I install the new ROM.

After installing this latest ROM version though, the program isn't working and I can't load my old text messages. Is there any way to get my old text messages merged with this latest ROM? Or a way to get my WM6_threaded program to work again on this?

I've been hitting a few snags with this latest ROM, including problems when the keyboard is slid out and the menu options disappearing but my texts are very important to have and I would like this sorted out first.

no one can confirm about the ringer issue? also ive been checking but can not find the difference between 2.1 and 2.5 rom can anyone explain so i dont look through 100k posts

the differance is one has manila 2.1 which is very stable and manila 2.5 which has some issues still, you can choose if you want stable or the bleeding edge.
