Basically I see it like you do, I just tap a second time and the Album stays open. If in Landscape, let the Album open completely before turning your phone, sometimes it crashes, sometimes it dont
If you open in Landscape, rotate to Portrait and then close the Album you may see the image "stuck" in Landscape, just rotate the phone and it will correct itself. No fix, besides giving the pic a second tap if the Album crashes.

Well i guess what I should ask, is if anyone is able to use the menu button when viewing a picture. I click on the picture, and try to click on the menu button, and either nothing happens or it bumps me back to sense. Nothing seems to work for me.

Gotta say, this is my only issue witht the rom. I used to be a solid Mighty fan, but jumped ship when his final ROM posted. Now that I have NRG, I can't go anywhere else! I love it!

My question of the day is, where is the SIP to change the keyboards. I still get this occasional issue with the standard keyboard, where the space bar is gone and the is a .com button in place... Like I said, a pain in the ass at time... So looking to change the keyboard, but I can't seem to find the SIP to change my keyboard.

sandmans fix didnt last one test for me, installed, adjusted settings, SR, manually shut off screen and BSOD City Baby the first time I tried to use the phone.
Off to 21869 I go-go.

not only did i install that cab i also unchecked under backlight settings to NOT TURN DEVICE OFF.

but just this morning i had my first BS (blank screen) .. i had opened opera mobile 10 searched this thread and opera appeared to be laggin so i set the phone down to let it do its thing... then BAM !!! FIRST BS! ..

i went into advanced config and under "power management>battery resuming from suspend timeout>(changed from 120seconds) to 1 second "default"


so we shall see..

I am on 28002 Nov. 21 M2.5 as of last night when my phone locked up and wouldn't reset while on one of the 23xxx builds. I found that the menu works fine when viewing pics through :"Pictures & Videos", but I am also unable to access the menu when viewing albums through manila.

Question: I noticed some ROMS have it and some dont and I was wondering if there was a way to ensure this was in place:

Whenever your texting someone and are in the detailed view where you see all of their messages (i always use threaded of course), is there a version of SMS or whatever to make sure that the place where you actually type a message has the option to "Menu - Insert - Picture/Voice Note/File, or whatever"? I noticed in this rom (Calkulin's Touch Pro 23506 ROM v4.2) its grayed out, whereas in other roms, its available. I already tried the archsoft mms and sprintpcs picturemail removal and install but its still grayed out. I'd like the option to insert a picture from the threaded messaging as opposed to having to back out to the general view of everyone's message and starting a new picture message from there. Nothing serious, just more of a convenience thing for me, that's all.

Any thoughts?

This topic has been the main issue of talk the past 3 days.........
I understand the thread is long but gee wizz. The sites search feature works great, so does google. I found it in 10 seconds. Not trying to be rude or anything but new users (&old) complain constantly about the length of this thread and the amount of repeat questions that have been answered multiple times on multiple pages...... BSOD has been on every, if not every than all but 1 maybe, page at least once since the 21st...............

here ya go.....BSOD= Black Screen of death, an acronym coined for the random blanking of the screen in which it can not be woke up by any other measure than stylus soft reset or pulling the battery out. Thats what it is. No cure. Like I said very detailed conversation in the past few days.
