LOL!! Busted. IMO, its all for the greater good. Each chef makes adjustments as new things come down the pike and learn from each others accomplishments. We all flip flop from ROM to ROM to cure our addictions until the day when they all nail it down. Then we all get Touch Pro2's and start over with WM7. David

I think it's important for people to get into a ROM that suits their needs. I, personally, will likely flash NRG ROMs until he stops cooking for the device I'm using. ...but the geek in me will always want to test different packages to see what they do. So, flashing around happens. |

Rootlinux did...I thought it was 2.8, but you can check his posts. I'm pretty sure I read something from him this morning talking about the more finger-friendly QuickMenu. You might even just google it.

But I do have to say each rom has their own little quirky areas that you have to get used to or change. I do have to say Groove has a really decent and stable rom for everyday use so far, but I still have a lot of NRG habits that I can't get rid of. Different people have different ways of using their phones, and sometimes the logics and packages in which a chef cooks his rom might suite you better than the other. So someone get NRG a TP damn it...........

Yeah, i just finished doing a bunch of searching, and found some different versions in the results, but nothing newer then 2.8.414, but still isn't bigger, and the only papercliped download in the list is 2.8.414. I've done my homework this time.

I've tried 2.8.414 with different roms... (shh......) and they still appear to be small, not much difference in terms of the size. but that's why we have finger nails...... stop biting your nails people.
