Once you are in bootloader mode just plug the device to PC via usb.
You should then see USB on the device screen at the bottom.

Then just run the rom update on the pc and it will do the rest.

Fixed "My Location" problem I was having last night. It was my Airave. Apparently the My Location service won't work when I'm connected via the airave but the manual location setting will. As soon as I left my house this morning, my location auto downloaded and my local weather came up.

On a side note, this ROM is really working great. Started my day at 5:30am and my phone is at 67% battery. And.... I haven't installed the battery saving tweaks yet.

I'm really happy and if NRG keeps going in the direction he's heading, things will be pretty darn perfect soon.

for some reason it just started to let me do it.... I been doing that for the last 5 min and just now it worked. thanks everyone for helping me out

Beta testing new Manila 2.5 ROM for VGA (Raphael and Herman mainly). New ROMs will be out tonite.

More stability, bug fixes and just an overall better smoother port of 2.5

That would be nice. But flashing is sort of time consuming isn't it?
Not that I don't like a more stable and smoother rom -by all means- but last time I flashed, I took me about 2-3 hrs to get my phone personalized (set up exchange, songs, install apps, etc...) So doing this flashing thing once or twice a week is kind of a time drain for me.
But hey, that's just one man's opinion and maybe I'm not that efficient in personalizing my phone as other people here.

go look up sashimi. It solves your problem.
