Now that we have the correct CDMA phone settings-Thanks sfhub, Three and everyone who hashed it out today-the Max134RoamingInstallPlusMore
will work again and give you Roaming Fiends even more options.

Yes there is a slight graphics flaw but the menu works. As well as the cab afaik.

Not that I don't like a more stable and smoother rom -by all means- but last time I flashed, I took me about 2-3 hrs to get my phone personalized (set up exchange, songs, install apps, etc...) So doing this flashing thing once or twice a week is kind of a time drain for me.
But hey, that's just one man's opinion and maybe I'm not that efficient in personalizing my phone as other people here.

Great thread to teach you about Sashimi, initially there is some time consumption with the first set up but it will save you in the long run.

The 2.5 manila files are completely different and it is just getting it set up for VGA for basic functioning so modding may take some time. I know a guy who is delving into it as we speak. Haven't seen any myself. AFAIK any LEO VGA icons out there currently were created with manila 2.1 files.

I read back about 1 1/2 days and don't see any new ringer fixes other than disable tachi dialer or the mute call. Did I miss anything new? My ringer only works with tachi disabled, which is tough for me because I dial from my contacts a lot. Do you think the new builds will fix the ringer?

Got almost everything working better than expected, so I guess it is about time for a new release.

I don't use sashimi for fear that something auto installed will cause some problem with a new rom. I would rather take a few days to get everything slowly added/tweaked.

The only thing I would like to get fixed is taping the sms in sense would go to the wm sms ( old habits are hard to break) but that isn't something that will get fix soon/ever from what I read over at xda.

Again I would like to thank the team here for answering so many questions (and a few of the same questions so many times)

Working on putting something together now.
Have kids this weekend so bare with me.

All files have changed since 2.1 so it will take me a bit to make the new mods.

No confirmed fixes, IMO, beyond the dialer disable. Threefaces posted he was ringing with the latest reg edits and the "fancy dialer", dont read too much into it yet.
A new ROM may nullify this post, no way to know what's coming down the line, Chef may give a heads up, maybe it'll be Flash and Find Out.

Thanks Winmo. I saw our chef posted that some new steak may be ready tonight. I'll flash it and like it! Maybe it will fix the ringer. This is the first problem I've ever encountered that had no fix that worked for me. And i've used nothing but NRG from the very first one.
