someone correct me if i am wrong but i thought the chef had to cook that in. i used another rom before ended the installation with sashimi still open and automatically installed my stuff if i didnt exit in time. on NRG's roms, i start manually.

as for your second question, i use lumos to control backlight so after i set it, i copy "settings.txt" file to sashimi/auto/cab/root/program files/lumos...works every time!

darn, i wish it would run automatically, but o well.

Search for SDConfig.txt that i posted awhile ago in this thread. It will start Sashimi automatically after a hard reset. I got it from Murducky's thread on Sashimi.

Both sms and mms work, but I had to install Sprint Picture mail (no big deal). Thats all I had to do.

Dont use the lockscreen much but it wont show the other slider(s) until you have a message. Did you try locking the screen and then sending a txt, etc?
