Re: |H|ROM|6.5.1|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Photon' (23081/21864) ** | Oct 25th | Manila 2.1

Those didnt work either.. but found this:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\CHome]

“SK1TEXT”=”Contacts“

“SK1URL”=”:MSCONTACTS“

“SK2TEXT”=”Action“

“SK2URL”=”\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Utility\\Contacts.lnk“

which worked but now I have problem, so maybe didnt work entirely.. I soft reset and I'm froze up on screen right before titanium loads.. I'm on soft reset #3, cant get passed this screen....

I copied and pasted this from elswhere, those arent the values I'm using... the only change I'm trying to make is LSK to point to contacts...

edit: 5th soft reset and still froze but now with whiteout softkey bar... wtf!

Maybe try this....
Search for this TWKSetup.exe and install it.
If you can get active sync to connect and connect this then it may fix you up.
It will let you set softkeys and soft reset device via the program.
If it will connect it may be the fix without hard resetting.
Give it a shot.

I have not fulling tested it but I have loaded it and connected.
It has some grayed out options that are only for older wm but the others should work.

May have been wrong about the app.
It may not reset the softkeys.
Try it and see I guess.

Try this-turn phone OFF. Vol down and center button then power button also until screen comes up. Instructions shoud say hit vol up for hard reset. Worked for me.

If you are not sure, just dial *99 and you will get the "you are now within airave coverage" message. The signal strength indicator is not a reliable means of determining if you are connected to your airave.

I have an airave as well and thought I was losing my connection but it was pointed out to me that the signal strength is not an indocator of connection to the airave.
