Thanks, you hit the nail on the head. It was TitaniumWeather. I think it was because I had not run the setup on it yet. Ran the setup and now phone starts up like a charm.


Also, there is a 6.5.1 black taskbar on xda developers. For everyone asking, it does work on the titanium home screen and looks much better than the white icons. The link for it was posted a couple of pages back.

this may seem like a stupid question but i am new to this. After installing this, will i have to reactivate my phone on the metro pcs network? Also is it going to erase everything on my phone?

No.
Yes. (everything in internal memory will be wiped out. Your memory card won't)

It will erase everything as far as your personal data and settings go. But you will not have to reactivate the phone. It is simply the OS change if you will. so you should back up all your contacts, emails and things like that before you flash the rom. You can check out sashimi for back up helps. It is detailed in the murducky's thread.

Still locking up for me in hotmail sometimes, also my sms/mms is in my 3rd envelope which is my yahoo account. Not showing up normal in the sms/mms menu. I hard reset, did the flash dance, also I ran the uninstall picturemail and arcsoft cab, reinstalled the jd arcsoft 5.2.1.22. soft rest and still having the same problem. Any ideas?

You won't have to relock, unless you're sending it in for warranty repair or replacement.

You have to either have Sashimi install the reg edits or open the Reg Editor and import them.
Importing them is fast and usually the way I do it for most keys.

The only way that I have been able to get JD Arcsoft 5.2.1.22 to work at all was to first install dcd Arcsoft MMS 5.2.0.22 VGA.cab then install JDs Arcsoft on top of it. For some reason I could record a message with the voice message, but the recipient could not hear it. As soon as I did it that way it worked for me.

As far as being in the wrong envelope....that's new to me. I do however still get the random lock ups.
