Yea, I played around with 23071 for most of the day....went back to 23016. I can live with not having the start button at the bottom.

Does anyone have a link to a slick "black" theme to go along with this? Energy's ROM has a lot of blue in it....I want to see some red and black without losing the current icons.

Did i miss where they were sharing illegal files? Is there a rule here about posting a link to demonoid that references files obtained here on ppcgeeks? I have read everywhere and can't quite locate that/

Jut flash the new update which is 21864 and i came across a problem. I don't know if this is a hardware or software problem?

Has anyone had any problems with the screen calibration:for example,when i touch the screen anywhere the only thing thats highlights is the action button?

From many different 23071 builds they all seems to have some slight issues, although I have been running the new 23071 since this morning and haven't had any problems with it. There is a new 23075 build that just dropped today maybe he will redo he base soon. Its a shame he just dropped the 23071 builds and the day after a new base releases.

To the person asking about mobile shell I have it installed great.

I have installed over 30 apps not one has failed to install. All you people claiming issues I would recommend a hard reset right after the first flash. I personally like the new taskbar of 23071, the graphics are crisper, this build seems stable to me. Just my exp.

Agreed. P2P is only illegal if the material is copyrighted... Using a P2P site to distribute files, is not illegal.

I am a former site owner and those sites would never be allowed to be linked.
Yes you can find some legal files there but we all know what they are used for.
As a safety measure they should not be posted but that is my opinion.
Ask the admin here and see what they say.

Those are known warez sites and clicking a direct link from here leaves header info back to this site.
We should protect our forum and our members.
Not everyone here will know how to protect themselves and their computers.

Have done my share of hacking and all that back in the day.
I know what I am talking about.

Address the admin about posting those sites/links.

Hey guys, I am having some problems with the dialer in the Oct 15 build. It lag's out and runs really slow. It doesn't respond very well when i push the talk or up and down buttons either. Any one else have that problem?

having a hard time locating the keyboard fix for the shift key.. can someone help? I did a search but only come up with keyboard fix for the messaging and email keys which i don't need.

So true. NRG could probably release a "Stock" Rom as his latest release and people would still rush to download it and flash it. lol!

I really like the functionality of 23071 (much more touch friendly) . I'm going to keep it for a few days and see if it is stable enough for my tastes.
