Just install the Max Manilla tweak and you'll get a program launcher built-in to the Home tab. IMO much better than having to manually switch to a program tab.

personally, i just had this happen to me on the 11/14 build the last few days of this past week and it is a b!tch.....
it's ironic, because i hate talking on the phone and in the past have even wished that the thing would "stop ringing"....now that my wish came true, i've missed 3 important calls in the last 2 days.....what good is a phone that doesn't ring?...

I got the ringer to work after changing the default ring tone and rebooting

it is a Sprint TP, I have a spare vogue to activate while he tests, and I figure with all he does for us without asking anything in return, why not.
