does anyone else find that HTCs Lock Screen just doesn't work right?

it only holds notifications for ~5 seconds and then the "slide to" feature goes away. very annoying... also, if you happen to catch it in that first 5 secs, it points to the sms/email tabs in TF3D....i used to secretly wish for that, but after using it, it kinda sucks....especially for email...

anyone know of a way to disable HTC Lock Screen and just use WM6.5 default?

we should be glad we never got a release,my brother has a tp2 and while it looked awesome it was just too unstable,he is flashing the new build and we will see what goodies the new build shall bring

And if you've followed the thread long enough, by now you should know since you're flashing to the new rom, you should just do the flash dance.
Flash dance, in case you don't know, means you flash the stock sprint rom , hard reset, flash the 1014 rom, hard reset. That will ensure you the least chance of a bad flash.
