There are multiple builds all out that are current. There is no 1 thing to download that gets you the most up to date release. He is releasing many builds simultaneously.

21864 is being touted as the fast and stable release
23016 is the one he'd been working on the most up until now
23071 is the release with some different fancier UI things but is less stable

That's all the changelog you need. Don't make it more complicated than it is.

Did you look to find any of this info on your own?

21864 was already uploaded hours ago but corrupt and is being reuploaded as we type.
23016 is still 10/14 as of now.
23071 was also uploaded hours ago.

I just tried the 23071 build again today on my touch pro, and it's still not working. It keepings going through the whole "Touch Pro" screen in the beginning, sits there for about 15 seconds, and then restarts. Over and over for ever. I first thought it might of been bad, as i 1st got the Oct.19 posted one, then just now got the Oct.22 one and it's doing the same thing.
I already reflashed to stock, cleared, cleared again, then flashed. But the same thing. I am just going to stick with the Oct.15 23016 build for now. I'd like to use the new 6.5.1 GUI, as i just like it better (tried other ROM with it in, but it's not close to NRG standards so i quite using it.), and don't mind giving up a little stability in trade. But the 23071 keeps rebooting over and over after the Touch Pro screen for me. Downloaded 2 times now. (3 including yesterday d/ling the oct.19th posted version.)

Hmm, are you sure you downloaded the CDMA version posted in this thread? I'm having no issues with 23071. I don't believe there was a 23071 version for CDMA on 10/19 so I'm curious what you flashed? I could be wrong though. At least try the 10/22 version.

But he *did* say exactly what was reuploaded and it *was* posted in the last couple pages and is on his Twitter account.

EDIT: Page 1378 to be exact was the first official mention of it and it was later quoted in 1379. Your post was in 1381
