Apologize in advance if this was discussed on an earlier page in this thread, but ever since upgrading to the 5/8 build, which I generally love (and already donated thanks Mike!), my message notifications are weird...my sms and email display notifications are popping up in a window that is slightly right of center and at the bottom of the screen, where I can only see half the window...does anybody know what settings I could tweak to fix this? Also, how do you disable the double notifications? For instance, when I read an SMS and delete it from the messaging app, sometimes there is still an unread icon at the top, which shows the title of the message upon clicking...I can then hit dismiss and it disappears, but seems like double the work...

Any help on these two questions would be greatly appreciated...

you dont have to format the storage card,
delete the text messages, sent or outgoing, or dont restore the text message when restoring from pimbackup.

Along the lines of text messaging problems, is anyone experience a lag in receiving their text messages? I would message someone and then like 30 min later receive a text message that has a time stamp of like 1 minute after I sent my orignal text message. Anyone else experiencing this?

yea happens to me sometimes..most likely a sprint issue

MIKE, have u found a way to keep the display message on screen bubbles for new txt and emails to make them stay on/active???

its like stock rom in lanscape. so no slider.

I'm not having the problem of sending previously sent messages to people after a pim restore, unlike others. Im just not able to send messages sms at all. also i've noticed the notification of the texts i receive is buggy

can anyone tell me how to change the soft keys on my tp. on the home screen they are set to phone and sms. I want to change them . Almost have my touch pro how i like it every mod and app installed brings me one step closer... help me get one more step closer.
