Yeah. for some reason i have a working sprint TV on my mighty rom 5. the first one that was released. here is what i did to get it working. note that this may not be needed for you but this is what i did. i installed the sprint tv cab from sprints website (link in the sprint essentials post 3) and then ran the program. tried several channels but got error 7004 several times. soft reset ran calkins tv fix soft reset ran the TV. one error and no problems since. i would post the files but i'm on my tp. good luck and let me know how it works for you. on a side note does anyone have the cab of tsowns taskbar from the 3rd post. lost mine. i know it doesn't work on 6.5 but....

Re: [April 25th, 2009] (((((MightyROM5))))) Windows Phone® 21501 Build 21501
Ok I'm really frustrated.
I downloaded the new rom about 11pm last night.. Flashed it. Everything seemed to work. I fired off a quick text message to make sure the weird character issue was fixed.. It was. I went to bed and the phone shut itself off after 5 minutes. I wake up thismorning. I installed Arcsoft cab and my other regular stuff. My daughter text messages me to come pick her up from her friends. NO SOUNDS. No ringtones. I can select any sound but nothing will play. And when you select a ringtone to play you can see the screen quickly flash through all the ringtones until it comes back to the one you had selected and the little system working graphic just goes and goes. The damn ringtone thing is back. I am very frustrated now.. Nothing will make a sound. nothing. and no vibrations either. And its doing the same exact thing from the original MR5 release.. After a soft reset they work again. It seems when the phone is hinbernating a long time this thing happens. I really don't want to flash back to MR 4.16.. I'm going to try one last experiment. I'm setting the device so it never shuts off and hibernates. I will set it so the screen just dims and see if the ringtone thing comes back.. Last edited by lordshadowz; 04-26-2009 at 08:46 AM. |
