another thing i noticed in 6.5:

in rss hub, the finger swiping works fine when viewing channels and channel topics. But when viewing a topics content, instead of finger swiping up and down to view the article, it selects the text.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks,
Troy

These 2 instances are examples of Microsofts news kinetic scrolling.

Prior to 6.5 HTC Designed "TouchFLO" to circumvent that brutal scrolling features of windows mobile 6.1.

TouchFLO is what enabled you to do these types of scrolling gestures. As we are now using Microsofts style of scrolling, these gestures at the moment are unavailable.

Rom is uploading. Maybe 30 min or so!

some 6.5's it seems to work (finger scroll between messages), and some not.

it also seems to be related to TF3D (see Mike's post).

So, i'm confused.

That explains it, I'm using Titanium at the moment.

Maybe some other roms still have TouchFlo enabled on top of 6.5's scrolling capabilities. Not sure it is a good idea to keep both...

Fair enough! Thanks for trying. I can use the hard "keys" for now. I am loving this ROM.
