I dont use HDMI but...
Are you overclocking? If so back her down a notch (to 998 Max) and see if it continues.
If it continues or if you arent overclocking then flash the stock kernel (wipe cache and dalvik first) and see if it happens. My guess would be the kernel.
StockKernel.32.zip

EDIT: Actually if you arent overclocking then just try wiping cache and dalvik and see if it continues on #8, THEN try the stock kernel.

Kyler, keep us posted on your findings with this. I have not yet tried my HDMI cable on this ROM/Kernal yet, but I do use HDMI and would like to know what is causing yours not to work. Actually, I will test this tonight myself and let you know my findings as well.

Turned it down to 998. Full lock up
Wiped cache and dalvik. Full lock up
Flashed stock kernel. Boot loop
Restored to earlier point when I had the kernel that came with the rom no overclocking at all. Full lock up

Is there no one else having this problem??

Well the latest two ROM versions came with modded kernels so it appears you still havent tried it with a stock kernel.
Did you wipe immediately before flashing the stock kernel? That's the only reason I can think of for the boot loops with it, I've flashed that stock kernel a bunch of times without an issue.

Boot into Recovery, wipe cache and dalvik, then flash stock kernel.
But Physco appears to be doing fine with the modded kernel.

Does this latest ROM/Kernel allow the HDMI output to show the full device or is it still limited to only a couple apps?
