It will overwrite your titanium cpr's, so any changes you make before installing it will be lost. It also installs titanium weather and fave people, and switches from having phone, vm, text, and email tabs to just having the notifications tab.

thx, I guess that was posted about 23028 (from the thread title) so the next release should be good to go?

I am uploading 23028 now. I got most of the custom taskbar icons working, just the start button is old school.

In other news, I found out that in 21840 office is messed up. I'll get that fixed ASAP and re-upload it.

Unfortunately I doubt it. I think "stable release" means RTM with the new UI changes, which is a ways off.

seems weird that they wouldn't be able to fix just the taskbar in a soon release, even if its not "stable", otherwise I guess I have to just go with your soon to be re-uploaded 21840 and stay away from 23xxx till rtm comes out... and I DONT wanna do that

I switched back to my HTC Diamond from my HTC Ozone. I loaded up 23025 to try it out. The top magnification bar I can live without. It turns my volume button into a scroll. Also my contact on the Today screen has no icon and the icons for the names are all messed up. When I go into contact they are fine.
On a side note I switched back to the Diamond to try out Proxycap. I can now watch my Slingplayer via my carrier instead of only wi-fi.

Volume button issue is fixed by using Marc Landis' SetVolume from xda. I have it in the rom I cooked. And the contacts issue I have checked into yet. For all I know there might be an update to AT Contacts that fixes it... I just haven't had time to look
