Here's my confirmation email, guys. Sent within 5 minutes of my order. Note that they say 2-3 business days, but they ship UPS Standard Overnight. I assume that if your order is in early enough in the day at their shipping facility, you would see your new phone the following afternoon or evening. Standard Overnight with UPS just means sometime the following day. I assume Saturday and Sunday orders wouldn't even be shipped until Monday. I would also expect that (thanks to this thread alone!) they're good and busy, so chances are good that your phone doesn't ship until the day after you order it. That's just a guess though.
For everybody who's just blatantly lying about their phones being broken, note the end of the message, where is talks about sticking it to you if the phone has no issues. That's above and beyond the $200 they charge if you don't send the old handset back. I know they give you a range, but a few weeks ago when they were calling and hounding me about sending my previous Mogul in, the lady told me that these phones are $200 for failure to return. I actually have real issues with my Mogul however I must have found the worlds worst rep ever For my HTC Mogul they are sending me a 6900 thats right a TOUCH > not a touch pro, not a touch diamond, but the standard HTC Touch boy am I pissed, further more; it's on back order..... He said I will have to wait 7 - 14 days to receive my Htc Touch 6900...... and then pay 55$ and send in my mogul... WTF..... WTF!!!! The touch was going for about 99$ along side the mogul which was selling at 249 I am more than pissed over this... :-/ what do you guys recommend... I told the guy "Why a touch? it doesnt even have a keyboard... Thats why I paid all that extra money on a Mogul" He then said that It may not be a touch, it may turn out to be another mogul.. and that they are on back order...... but "most likely will be the 6900" I hope that I could fix this... cause I would be out my mogul, plus owe them 55$ for a refurbished 6900..... (I paid the extra money for the keyboard to begin with) :-/ what a rough night to top all of that off, my 2 year contract ended yesterday, February 1st.... You would think they would think over this and try to keep a customer, especially one that recently got off a 2 contract and could easily pick up and move to another network... I feel awfully bipolar now haha So it seems I have my Touch Pro coming in 2 days from my first attempt with "Self Service Replacement Phone Tools" and then the HTC Touch (6900) from ecare; so can I keep the TP, and send back the Touch and my treo? what if I get 2 TPs? |

well yeah, but thats because they don't check and it automatically goes to that screen. how do we know later they don't qualify it as a reason for exchange? my mogul only has a white spot on left lower. otherwise works great. i know i've been posting this a lot but just feel hesitant.

OK so what do i do exactly i have been reading different posts and not sure what to do.
I have the mogul but want the Touch diamond or the Touch Pro. The Mogul is slow and it freezes up on me and i have to set the whole device for it to start working properly again and i have to go through the trouble of entering all my contacts into the phone. The phone's touch screen is messed up and i have calibrated it in Portrait, Landscape(right), and Landscape(left) and it does not correspond with the right thing i am trying to touch. So i want a touch diamond because i am about to through this phone out the window of my car. I have went to the sprint store and tried to get the to upgrade me for free but they said i havent had the phone long enough and id have to pay full retail price someone please help me I NEED THE DIAMOND i am willing to pay 30 bucks for the pro upgrade but it is not necessary. |

I have 6.1 WM I know about soft resetting and when the phone has the freezing issues the first thing i do is soft reset. But the problem keeps persisting after that. so i have to Reset the whole device for it to work properly again. The screen also has a burn spot on it from the screen being too hot. And the Asurion thing do i have to have insurance on the phone? |
