I actually have real issues with my Mogul
however I must have found the worlds worst rep ever
For my HTC Mogul they are sending me a 6900

not a touch pro, not a touch diamond, but the standard HTC Touch
boy am I pissed, further more; it's on back order..... He said I will have to wait 7 - 14 days to receive my Htc Touch 6900...... and then pay 55$ and send in my mogul...
WTF..... WTF!!!! The touch was going for about 99$ along side the mogul which was selling at 249
I am more than pissed over this...
:-/ what do you guys recommend... I told the guy "Why a touch? it doesnt even have a keyboard... Thats why I paid all that extra money on a Mogul"
He then said that It may not be a touch, it may turn out to be another mogul.. and that they are on back order...... but "most likely will be the 6900"
I hope that I could fix this... cause I would be out my mogul, plus owe them 55$ for a refurbished 6900..... (I paid the extra money for the keyboard to begin with)

to top all of that off, my 2 year contract ended yesterday, February 1st....
You would think they would think over this and try to keep a customer, especially one that recently got off a 2 contract and could easily pick up and move to another network...
I guess we will have to see how this plays out...
