watch out guys.. sprint messed up and sent me another phone i was supposed to get when the touch pros came in. the b*tch at sprint lied to me and sent me another refurbed mogul. thank god they had already sent me my tp or i would be extremely pissed.

Can you provide me the baby steps on how to get this thing replace to a Pro? 1) What do I say is wrong with the phone when reporting? I have insurance on the phone, so anything else special I need to say? 2) Easier to go to a store or online? 3) What is assurion? Thanks, Adam |

Hey Class1c, so they sent you a Mogul after they sent you the new TP? Did your original confirmation email say your busted phone was going to be replaced with a TP or a Mogul? Now I'm worried, my email sez they are sending a TP , but this raises doubts.

when i had originally did the self replacement through the sprint website the confirmation stated my mogul was going to be replaced by the touch pro. and i tried to confirm it through ecare and tech support. none of which could locate my delivery. i ordered it on sun and on tues morning i called. later that day i received a call saying i got a package and it was the tp. however on tues morning when i called they redid another order and said that the tp's were on backorder and they would send one once they were available (they didnt know they had already sent me my tp) so a couple days go by and i get a package...... it was a mogul. so they b.s.ed me on the phone. if the deal said they were replaceing your mogul with the tp ull more than likely get it. dont call them to replace it. theyll screw u.

After reading this thread I decided to call sprint because I'm more than THRU with my mogul. I told them I've had multiple replacements but refurbished phones and after about a 20 minute wait, they agreed to send me a TP free of charge. This could be because I'm nearing the end of my contract but hey, its worth a try. Sprint is very aware of the widespread issues with the mogul.
