hey guys quick questions.

I ordered mine today because my mogul will no longer charge. They sent me a confirmation though email stating that i am indeed getting the Touch Pro handset kit with the order number. I did not get any shipping info though.

1) is there a way to check the order somehow with the order number?

2) did they send an additional email with tracking after the phone got shipped?

If you read all of the thread, your questions will be answered.. The ES### can be used to track your package via UPS

OK sorry, i read MOST of the thread but i didn't see anything about being able to put the ES number right into tracking.

Just make sure to track by reference number and then u can use your ES### I found out about it on this thread too.. thanks go to whoever first posted about it!

I've been asking Sprint to swap my mogul for TP months ago, but I got no love, So I went ahead and bought the TP from best buy for $199, after reading this thread I called sprint and complained that I should of waited till the mogul is out completely and exchange it, the rep was good to me and credit my account $50, the mogul was sold for $150 + $50 credit, Profit $1 lol

Well, I tried to upgrade my mogul today through the self solutions web page and I got this as the replacement:

Replacement Device: REC UTStarcom PPC-6800 Handset Single




I tried it twice and got the same thing. This sux because I was really looking forward to something other than my mogul. I've gone through 3 in the past 12 months (not from abuse either) and I'm not looking forward to another refurb piece of junk that I'm just going to have to replace again in a few months.

just to clarify when submitting the ticket people that received the TP, did it say you were going to receive a mogul or TP?

UPDATE: just called and i will have a TP by Wednesday! wooot wooot!!!!
