Try the form below and enter your information and see what u get. If it offers you another 6700 try calling Sprint and tell them your problems with the 6700.

True - that is the reaction I got from tech support... it's human nature I guess But my issue is that I had to swap out the 6700 with another phone last week due to same issues with 6700 for 2 days and now teh self servcie tool thinks the phone I am using is brand new and activated less than 30 days That's why I was curious to know if someone with 6700 recently got TP, that would mean that Sprint warehouse is out of 6700s and then Tech Support / Store will be forced to send me anything but 6700

Have you tried the online link? It will suggest a replacement phone and you can cancel without accepting. You could keep trying until a TP is offered.

yes, I tried. But it complained that I haven't had the phone for 30 days... which is partly true as I had switched to Touch mometarily as 6700 was freezing up so much on me

I received a second e-mail today with the actual tracking number and confirmation that I'm getting a Touch Pro. For anyone that's antsy, if I had ordered earlier in the week I would have received my replacement phone prior to receiving that email.

Ok, I've read most of this thread and still can't find where to track warranty advanced exchanges for the TP. I know u can track Assurion claims at phoneclaim.com, but where is everyone getting the status and tracking info on sprint replacements. I have my confirmation # but it is way to short to put into ups tracking. Please spell it out for us idiots!
