Did you bring it into your local rep store... cus every time i go there with my POS i see people getting the PRo advanced exchange upgrade from the mogul

ANDDDDDDdd 2 and half hours 14 people, the guy says well send you the same phone again.... and if that fails, call us back will send the touch diamond or the htc pro so yah... im def. not even gonna open the ****ing thing and send it back cus i dont want it...

You will have better luck calling customer care and not dealing with the online bull***t... as long as your are decent to them they will most likely suggest the diamond for the touch and the pro for the mogul....if you dont mind paying the 30.00$ difference they will also give you a pro for the touch

well everytime i try to bring it in they want me to call for replacement this time my phone is really messed up liquid damage and i dont want to go in the store wait 2 hours for them to tell me i have liquid damage and give me the same card with the number

I don't know what I did, but I was trying to install a custom rom from PPCGEEKS when my son unhooked Mogul from the computer before the rom was done installing. I took it in on Friday, today I picked up a brand new Touch Pro. They saleman told me he was ordering me a new phone but did not tell me it was the TP. Lucky me I guess.

What exactly do we need to send back to Sprint? Just the Mogul? What about the charger, extra stylus, etc.?

No need to send back the extras that came with your Mogul. I spoke with Sprint and they even told me that I could keep the memory card. All they were concerned about was receiving the mogul back.
