when i had originally did the self replacement through the sprint website the confirmation stated my mogul was going to be replaced by the touch pro. and i tried to confirm it through ecare and tech support. none of which could locate my delivery. i ordered it on sun and on tues morning i called. later that day i received a call saying i got a package and it was the tp. however on tues morning when i called they redid another order and said that the tp's were on backorder and they would send one once they were available (they didnt know they had already sent me my tp) so a couple days go by and i get a package...... it was a mogul. so they b.s.ed me on the phone. if the deal said they were replaceing your mogul with the tp ull more than likely get it. dont call them to replace it. theyll screw u.
