Just called Asurion. My claim went through on Friday for a new mogul, so when I called today, they said there was nothing they could do since the claim was final, I would just have to wait for them to get Moguls, i.e., wait for Hell to freeze over. Asked for a supervisor, she came on, said she was sending me a TP and where would I like it shipped. Called my sister after who also has a Mogul, she called right away, payed the $50 deductible when they offered her a TP right off the bat, and now I believe she's going to take out some built up frustration on her mogul with a hammer.

My phone got stolen and they told me I had to wait 7 to 10 days. Ended up with another mogul with Windows 6.1

I have a PPC6700 for about 3 years now and its starting to show its wear. I filled out the replacement form online and qualified for a Touch Pro. When I got my confirmation email, I noticed it said I have to send in my old phone or get hit with the fee. So I emailed customer service asking if I can keep my current phone as a backup (this is my 1st and only sprint phone) and they said I can keep the phone without any fees

Probably because it's so old they wouldn't do anything with it other than toss it in the trash anyway

Nice Finally called up asurion, and explained my situation. The extremely nice lady told me that since the moguls are no longer in stock, and may never be in stock, the only option was to offer me a Touch Pro. Be here in 1 - 2 days, and all is final. Guess i'll find out in 1 or 2 days.
