i just got mine today my boy saw that i had it he got the mogul to.. i call for him and they gave him a tp also

just make up some ****.. it not about what you tell them. me and my friend both have had at least 5 mogul in a 4 mouth period.. so i tell them to review that and im tired off the bs phones.. and im not payin money cuz i just chucked off 500 bucks for it lol.. even though i didnt i got a 6700 upgrade..

this is my first and only mogul - this is my first insurance claim - I read in the e-mail that they have to be able to replicate the problem otherwise they'll charge you - is that true?

can anyone verify that the tp are in stock? I did the self exchange lastnight, i tried to track with the order number that was provided in the confirmation email but it says its not the right format of numbers or something like that. i called sprint today they see the order for the tp but they do not have a tracking number because i guess the warehouse was closed today for mlk day. im hoping they will ship tomarrow and ill have by wed or thurs.

that is what im understanding thats because alot of people are saying something is wrong with there mogul just to get a tp. i was told THEY WILL TEST THE PHONES.
