I have an xml that installs during customizations for all the non-system icons, and that doesnt work either. I replace the icons in Base_dpi, ive been doing this for over a month now on other builds, and never had a problem though so i dont know why it doesnt work now. They are all pngs.

if you still have your old kitchen, why not try that with the new sys and see what happens, just for elimination purposes

I'm pretty sure I tried this once before and it didn't work. We used to have to kill that one to get voice command working on our Apache's So I will try that and report back.

I think that "[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\TaskBar]
ConsistentClockOrBattery"=dword:0" is not working anymore. I removed it and all is working well (battery icon on taskbar all of the time and selecting "Display the clock on the title bar in all programs" will do just that, the clock will be on the taskbar all of the time)
