I dont know what country your from buddy, but first of all this should not be posted hear, and instead in the support sections, and second of all you do have to put in your carrier name so it doesnt keep asking you to enter it, thats the rules and everyone has to follow.

PPCKitchen files for 23403, finally. I had a busy day, otherwise they would have been up sooner Anyhow, this code looks to be based on the 23022 code so the dialer scrolling issue is back as well as the scrambled taskbar. But, here's the files anyhow for anyone who wants to check it out. Usual notes here as the last few times. Slot 0 is kept to a minimum, but it all depends on what you cook into it from the sys. Also, the .NET was STILL broke in the original 23403 sys, so I incorporated the fix as well as restoring icons in the "Personal" settings control panel.

The Apache, Herman, Kaiser, Titan, Victor and Vogue XIPs are in the attached rar. The Hermen is the only one tested. All of the XIPs except for the Apache are spinlock patched as well.

23028 is currently the newest UI code (COM3)
23603 is LGE (LG Electronics OEM build) and is branched off around 23022.
21944 is MD, with both older UI and CE OS code than 23403

23402 is com4
23601 is the LG branch, it is based off com3 build 23022
