One solution I can readily think of is for you to use qpst to change your network banner. Whatever name you give it eg "LOVER" is what will be displayed by Titanium, and this does not affect your network connectivity in anyway.
Is there a difference in epst vs qpst?
If there is then how do I enter qpst on this for sprint?
I made the change in epst and no go. Had to run iota to be able to edit again.

There is a cure. It involves a SYS base from a newer version of 6.5 that *GASP!* somehow slipped out of Redmond's doors

Sprint? okay, ##3424# should put you in debug mode, run qpst , make your edits, it should work. Sorry not by my notebook right now to give you more details.

Smile SPB Mobile Shell 3.0 with wm6.5 21501 on XV6800

I don't know if anyone is interested in this but yesterday I downloaded and installed SPB mobile shell 3.0 onto the 21501 rom on my Verizon XV6800 and turned off titanium. I know this defeats the purpose of part of the 6.5 but I have to say it is incredible. You get the same Ram due to SPB using a little more than titanium but it has a very nice built in task manager so you can turn of the HTC task manager on the taskbar which is still giving me 25.96mb on reboot. This thing looks very sweet and is extremely customizable. If you want to check out the reveiw head on over to WMExperts they reviewed it yesterday. You may just love it like me. BTW thanks to all the people involved in building such great rom's. Peace!

I changed it and was still able to get connection but could no longer edit epst settings or even view them. Unlock code was no good either.
So I ran the iota and everything is back to normal.

##2434# no go.
These are the codes I have are they still correct?

Code Number Program Run on the Sprint 6800
##DIAG# 3424 "DMRouter.exe"
