Yep ,you must have this:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BaseId"=dword:00000000
"BaseDll"="phcanOverbmp.dll"
"BatteryIconIdStart"=dword:000003e9
"BatteryIconLevels"=dword:00000015

If your base dll is carriers_override.dll-say thanks to them for freezing the phone.

If its not helping-.Normally there are 3 steps:1) install sdk sertificates,2)no chem battery driver and 3)the icon cab.

Look for the items that show up in our today screen, they come as "Expanded" and "Condensed". The condensed is your focus here.

Thanks for TUT.Its just for me was easier to hack cmhomeres.dll.0409.mui and you can overwrite it in windows just like the cpr.Im making my custom SYS_21202_96DPI_0409 ,so I can switch between the common builds and I assumed everyone else does the same lol.I will update my post.

with ppckitchen, you can set up patchoem's that patch files or modules in base sys, so base never has to be modifies, and your changes always persist, saves alot of time when something new comes out, because you don't have to modify the base ever

I'm pretty sure the no2Chem battery is Cooked in my ROM, but I did NOT install the certs. Could that cause the problem as well?

And yeah, there is a verizon carrier override in there...

Oh yeah.
I never used non of them in the kitchen.and I also like generic ROM cooking.When I oemized the sert.cab omg lol

Ok, I got it working. It was the reg keys. The cab installer does NOT change these keys. I manually put in the necessary info given by you and rebooted, then *POOF*, I got the hookup on the icons.

+1 - I've been patching the bases manually.

i.e.
<PatchOEM>d0b41563-b345-4444-aa15-986e7c7fff99</PatchOEM>

this will overwrite files/ modules, anything with same filename
