too bad it's not the whole rom. We could get our hands on some of the newer OEMs (dialer, manila2 maybe, notifcations, and such) in native VGA if the OEMs were still in it

21510 looks very like 21210, and on xbeta is said that 21210 is from HTC Tachi, not Twin.
probably i prefer 21210
