are you guys installing the sprint app (junk) after the screen loads up or just reseting the phone.

when i flash a new sprint rom (usually to upgrade my radio), i always let the customizations run
then i test voice and data to make sure they are working, and of course fix 'em if they're not
and then i always flash a custom ROM, usually a kitchen build, and DO NOT RUN the junk install...

is it normal for my data connection to continue to remain connected? it seems to be doing that with this rom version. do you think it eats more battery this way? is there a fix? thanks

it wont let me internet share properly on the new rom... it only has one drop box instead of the usual two drop boxes... i usually use "sprint pcs" instead of "phone as modem" in internet sharing is dere a cab for an previous rom with internet sharing? please help!

Search is your friend, here check out this thread here (even though its in the vogue forum, its still the same concept)
Its basically a new reg entry that hides that box, forcing the 'phone as modem' connection

You are running it on a PC, yes? With the phone connected via USB with an activesync connection to the PC, right?
