I don't think panels were ever supposed to be a part of 6.1 Professional. You might be thinking of 6.1 Smartphone which I believe has a new interface.

Other than the horrible battery drain, this ROM has been the best stock rom so far. (assuming it really is a stock rom)

Re: New Official Sprint ROM (3.56, radio 3.42.20)

I must be lucky, my battery life is just the same as every official and cooked ROM I have played with. Data going all day at work checking email accounts, pretty frequent calling, normal daily web usage, BT turned on, wifi on 1 or 2 times a day for work network and at the end of day before I go to bed still have 30% or so remaining on my 1650mah battery from Seidio. I'm sure if I got the big fat 3200mah I'd be going for 2 days before a charge.

I am in complete agreement. I'm using my mogul exactly how I did before with the last ROM. I've had an improvement in battery life.

Re: New Official Sprint ROM (3.56, radio 3.42.20)

I have found no issues with the new rom. I can not totaly comment on battery life as I have been charging mine frequently, but I have not noticed anything drastic.

All in all I have noticed:

Less initial ram usage even when using HTC Home and S2U2.
Screen rotates are faster without tweaking.
More apps can be open at once Google Maps, Opera 8.65 and playing music is all I ever do at once.

My question is I have read post after post and serched and I can not find any word of including this ROM within the Kitchen???? That would be the bees knees!

Re: New Official Sprint ROM (3.56, radio 3.42.20)

The one that seems to work the best----and eliminated the problem with brightness------was whatever HTC Home Customizer downloads....

I uninstalled HTC Home

soft restarted

Ran HTC Home Customizer

It asked to download HTC Home plugin....

I said yes.

At the end the phone restarted itself......

And the vast majority of my little issues went away.....

I still have (from time to time)----some issues using the keypad and trying to do the paranthesis key and the dash key when doing phone numbers.....

Usually a soft reset fixes it.....

I think there is still some issues with HTC Home and this new ROM----but they are small and elusive....
