Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
^ Nope Cricket actually, all I have to do for cricket is the web setting settings.
Here it is: http://rapidshare.com/files/94744781/VSprint.exe I had to start over because I relized when I removed that Phantom Icon it broke the action screen. Once I started messing with it I ran into a wall sh*t, long story short the Phantom Icon is back until I do another OEM. Let me know if this one works. Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
Well it loaded fine and a few observations off the bat...
The Contacts button seems to be working off the bat, BUT the HTC weather is still not uploading the data for any city I enter. The initial start up loaded pretty slowly and started off with 16.50MB of free memory, after a hard reset it loaded slowly once again with 18.41MB of free program memory. I was having problems with dialing out but after going in to (Start>Settings>Phone>and change the voicemail #) everything seemed to start working although In the same phone window it says my number is a bunch of zeros with 4 numbers at the end right above the voicemail number. I tried connecting through IOTA in the phone settings and still no dice.... I see you made changes to the Comm Manager and it works properlly but still seems that nothing has changed as of yet. Thanks for the effort and I will give a furthur review after loading everything up. By the way originally after having numeous app's installed the phone had 15.48MB on startup and after running Oxios Close App's it had 16.28MB of free program memory, we'll see if we can get any better after everything is loaded. |

Not trying to waste your time but try this one:
http://rapidshare.com/files/94892385/VSprint2.exe It's the same build I just changed the carrier, and made those reg tweaks to Comm. I'm out of options if this one doesn't work. |

Ehhh im not really sweating it, I just got everything back up including my GPS working to optimal standard. I got both google maps and livesearch working with AstronusX's AstroGPSLauncher which forces the GPS to pick up and send data at a faster rate, with very minimal memory usage by the way, I would recomend it for the next Rom you build. With all my programs loaded on ether the phone or my storage card im running with about 15-16MB of free memory. Now only if we can find a way to allocate more memory to the programs or get a overclocking app like that HTC overclocker for the Apache we will be in good shape, all in all 400hrtz from a dual core isnt piss poor its just gonna take time to understand the Qualacom chipset and disect it to work in our favor. By the way sorry for the long link I forgot to cut it off but that is the link to AstronusX's application to work with the internal GPS. Last edited by Biggjimmy7; 02-25-2008 at 06:17 PM. |

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
I'm having a huge problem where I can't get any data connection. I've tried reading the whole thread but when I get into EPST it asks for a 4 digit unlock code....which I've never created. Once I get into EPST i'm not even sure what I can do. Vet, I'm trying to download the sprint2 rom you just uploaded a couple hours ago......can someone help me out here?
ps...thank you very much for the rom, it's amazing besides this one thing. I even got the weather to work. |

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
^ Will include,
I built a rom based on DCD's 2.3.1, it has more memory. Next build and release will have 2 roms, one based off of No2chem, and the other DCD. |
