Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
Not trying to waste your time but try this one:
http://rapidshare.com/files/94892385/VSprint2.exe It's the same build I just changed the carrier, and made those reg tweaks to Comm. I'm out of options if this one doesn't work. |

Ehhh im not really sweating it, I just got everything back up including my GPS working to optimal standard. I got both google maps and livesearch working with AstronusX's AstroGPSLauncher which forces the GPS to pick up and send data at a faster rate, with very minimal memory usage by the way, I would recomend it for the next Rom you build. With all my programs loaded on ether the phone or my storage card im running with about 15-16MB of free memory. Now only if we can find a way to allocate more memory to the programs or get a overclocking app like that HTC overclocker for the Apache we will be in good shape, all in all 400hrtz from a dual core isnt piss poor its just gonna take time to understand the Qualacom chipset and disect it to work in our favor. By the way sorry for the long link I forgot to cut it off but that is the link to AstronusX's application to work with the internal GPS. Last edited by Biggjimmy7; 02-25-2008 at 06:17 PM. |

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
I'm having a huge problem where I can't get any data connection. I've tried reading the whole thread but when I get into EPST it asks for a 4 digit unlock code....which I've never created. Once I get into EPST i'm not even sure what I can do. Vet, I'm trying to download the sprint2 rom you just uploaded a couple hours ago......can someone help me out here?
ps...thank you very much for the rom, it's amazing besides this one thing. I even got the weather to work. |

^ Will include,
I built a rom based on DCD's 2.3.1, it has more memory. Next build and release will have 2 roms, one based off of No2chem, and the other DCD. |

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
you're f'n amazing man, that sprint2 rom fixed everything. Now, hopefully I don't get the errors I got with nochems 6.1 where my text messages were invisible and my programs would pop up then minimize and become invisible.

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)
Ok so I have a problem here, after installing the sprint2 os and all my app's and 2 hacks (today screen wireless, and disconnect bubble) i do a soft reset and when it reloads my entire HTC clock and the 6 midlet selections under the clock disappear from the screen. Here is a picture, so what the hell is that about? The other picture is something I just noticed, its in the phone options under settings were all those HTC midlet icons would usually be but arent? By the way this happened before I uploaded the sprint2 rom so it might be one of the app's conflicting with the OS. Is there any way you can repost the original rom for sprint the one I would have downloaded like 2 days ago? Thanks ahead of time. Last edited by Biggjimmy7; 02-25-2008 at 08:49 PM. |
