That works I guess. But not as nice as removing altogether and using the quickmenu % and icon. Oh well Good idea though....

(We need to enable this feature of in Mdict first, by Toos->Options->Online Lookup->Check "Show picker icon on task bar")

However, in the No2Chem rom 5049, if Mdict is minimized, there's no such icon on the upper left corner. Is there any way to fix this?

Another question: I like the task manager on the upper right corner of the original "3.16 Sprint unoffical gps enabled rom" very much. And I understand that it was removed in the No2Chem rom because we want to keep the rom clean. Is there any way to add it back?

Sorry for taking your time and thank you for looking into these two problems!

Ah, after installing Quickmenu, these problems are no longer problems. Thanks.

I went back to 5047 a few hours after flashing 5049 when it came out. IMO, 5047 is the best of them. I use PUSH constantly all day long on my phone for work.

Re: No2Chem nueROM 2.0 (WM6.1) Thread

First off I would like to thank everyone that got this Rom as far as it is....for the most part it is solid and I love it more than any rom Ive had on the fone thus far.

Now, I have searched thru the thread trying to find out if anyone has had the same problems I have been. When I am on a call via my bluetooth about 50% of my lengthy fone calls the fone freezes and wont allow me to bring it out of standby. So I cant answer calls or read txt msg's after that point until I do a soft reset. The fone call doesnt drop the call or anything....even after I have the person on the fone hang up, I still have to reset to get to anything. Then any txt msgs or fone calls that came thru while I was on the fone while it was frooze will be gone when I reset. And the other problem Ive been having with it is it randomly changes to silent mode making me miss fone calls and txt msgs. Everything that I have on the phone ive always had with other roms besides the htc task manager. If this has been addressed and I missed it let me know. But I used the search thread function.

Seems like it only does the silent ringer change when I have it on vibrate.

Well in all honesty I didn't have notable exchange problems in the 5048 build that others are reporting but I also only ran it for a few hours because the battery life for me was much better with 5047.

I haven't ran 5049 because I am fine the LED's stock. I'll load up 5049 in the next half hour and run it the rest of the day with my exchange server and report back so we can try and figure out if it's a real problem with the multiple sending and the outbox issue...

Re: No2Chem nueROM 2.0 (WM6.1) Thread

I now have 5049 installed and configured.

The first thing I noticed when setting up Exchange was that it would not sync. I had to stop ActiveSync, manually enable PUSH via the comm manager and then it synced.

I noticed before that out of the last 8 or 9 builds I've tried, only half of them asked about my arrival time, ie: PUSH, when I configured Exchange and sync'd for the first time.

There is something up but I don't know what. I'll be running more tests throughout the day too on the multiple send bug some are reporting...
