Re: Haus Intrepid Tips and Tricks
If you set the LED light to blink when a new email or text message is received, the light will blink only for a random period of time, and then shut off. Sometimes it only blinks 2-3 times.

Re: Haus Intrepid Tips and Tricks
I notice if you change the setting to make the clock show on the title bar of all applications, you no longer can see the battery.
is there a way to have both? |

Not with any stock settings. That's why I mentioned that I use the Batti utility to show battery across the top of the screen all the time.

I really like the wktask utility which uses the top pixel of the start menu as a battery meter not to mention it's task switching ability.

Re: Haus Intrepid Tips and Tricks
Thanks Matt, I appreciate the comment.
As for your method, it's great except as I understand it, it's still a manual process. And every time you install a new program, you either have to move it to the top or leave it at the bottom. I'm pretty sure there are utilities to allow moving start menu items around, maybe here or over at xda-developers. I'm too lazy to look them up at the moment. Microsoft really shafted users on this aspect of WM6.5, and Samsung kicked us while we are down with this 240px high display. Talk about a massive step backward. The old system of 7 icons on the start menu and a link to the full list was easier to deal with IMHO, and at least they were alphabetical once you got to the programs folder (at least I think they were?). For shame, Microsoft...not everything has to look like an iPhone with just enough icon offset to avoid legal trouble with Apple. /rant |

Maybe if we're lucky Sprint will upgrade to this build when they send out the firmware updates. |
