The Arrive has a side out keyboard, doesn't it? I really want a phone without a physical keyboard as I never use it. Without that I might consider it, but really looks like Android is the way of the future.

yes it does, I hardly use it tho. only reason I bought it was because it's the only wp7 on sprint for now. android is the way of the present, WP is the way of the future (analysts are predicting it to overtake iOS by 2013 and Android by 2015) especially since this Googorola deal Android may fall sooner than that.

I think the way of the present is fine for me now. And I really don't want the slide out keyboard.

well its a mixed bucket, it all depends on who u get and how lucky u are. an example of this case is @JohnMcD348 who had his tp2 replaced with an arrive as did @DavidinCT on the VZW end for the HTC Trophy. those who weren't so lucky are so far @elesbb and @DaveTN who have received multiple defective TP2s.

Re: What should I replace my Sprint TP2 with?

Well, I initially received multiple defective TP2's also. I think Assurian just got tired of replacing them so they offered me the Arrive to get me off their backs. I think it was after the 3rd replacement that they began to offer me the Arrive. It wasn't until I gat my 5th half @$$'d refurbished device I decided to take them up on it. After me expereinces with them, I've wondered what kind of monkeys they have there bangin on the, in their feeble attempts at refurbishment. Or is it that they have so massive damage to repair, that's the best they can do?
