For Chinese support, it should have the Chinese wince.nls, fonts, related regs...
I will upload an Chinese font OEM folder tonight (China Time, ) for you, please copy the font file into the windows folder and load the RGU through REGedit tools.

Hi Arlen, Thanks for your help. I am at work right now so when I get home I can send you the cab that I installed so you can take a look at it. I can't quite remember where I found it...maybe I'll search for it. I converted it to an OEM and built it into my rom from the ppckitchen. All I know is that it does have chinese font in the windows folder but ac3 format instead of the ttf and has those reg keys you posted earlier on.
